I finally succeed in getting my first set of results today! I redid the plating of my cells on Monday and this time around they survived the overnight incubation. So, I went ahead did a DMSO exposure to test cell viability and incubated them for 48h. Today I performed a staining method to measure cell viability which generated my first set of results.
